Bakcell Presents Fast Mobile Internet
OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2011. Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator of Azerbaijan,has introduced “sur@” - the best 3G experience with the best quality internet connection to its customers. Bakcell is now at peak of high speed mobile internet with coverage in 62 cities of Azerbaijan. Now mobile internet on phones of Bakcell customers will be 164 times faster than 2G technology, reported the press-centre of Bakcell.
Bakcell network supports up to the forthcoming hi-speed broadband mobile internet 3.9G HSPA+ mobile services. Bakcell’s 3.9G HSPA+ delivers impressive performance with up to 42 Mbps Dual Carrier Downlink Speed, which is the fastest in the country available 3G technology.
It should be noted, that with 3G technology Bakcell customers will be able to use broadband mobile internet with speed of up to 14.4 mbit/sec in all cities of Azerbaijan and benefit from 21 mbps and 28 mbps in Baku and some territories of Azerbaijan. That simply means that mobile internet will be 164 times faster than 2G technology.
Using Mobile Broadband 42 Mbps Dual Carrier Downlink Speed, customers will be able to make video calls, broadcast HD media and watch full HD media from TV and an event place through mobile phone.
Furthermore, Bakcell is integrating latest 4G LTE Mobile Broadband solution and waiting for delivery of the relevant license.
Bakcell’s 3G already covered 62 cities with the 3G services and is planning to extend mobile broadband services to its customers further in rural and suburban areas of Azerbaijan in 2012.
