IBA Took Part in E-Workflow Conference in Kazakhstan
OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2011. The international conference E-Workflow: Imperative Demand of Our Time was held in Astana, Kazakhstan. The event gathered representatives of national and local governing bodies of Kazakhstan, and experts in e-workflow from Kazakhstan and other countries, reported the press-centre of IBA.
The organizers were the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
Experts in archiving and workflow shared their experience and discussed possibilities for modification of e-workflow systems in state governing bodies. The reports presented at the conference focused on laws and normative regulations related to e-workflow, on information security, and on ways to improve e-workflow systems, as well as on technical support of the unified e-workflow system that is currently functioning at all national and local governing bodies of Kazakhstan.
Igor Petrik, Director of the Electronic Workflow Division at IBA, delivered a report entitled E-Workflow in Governing Bodies of Belarus and Creation of System of Interdepartmental Workflow in State Bodies of Belarus: Current State and Development Trends, and Legal Base. In the report, Petrik spoke on how IBA implemented a workflow system for state bodies of Belarus using the IBA’s proprietary product Chancellor.
