OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2011. Condominium associations are operates in 10 percent of all block of flats. This was started by Minister of Regional Development, Housing and Communal Services Anatoliy Blyznyuk during briefing on issues of housing and communal services, which took place in the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"As for November 1, the number of condominium associations reached almost 14000. This is 10 percent of the number of all block of flats in the country. We have about five percent behind target rate, but it should be understood that the condominiums are created not for outward appearances, but for real reforms of the life support systems", - Anatoliy Blyznyuk said.

According to him it has been created 1,780 associations in 2011. In Donetsk region - 308, Mykolaiv region - 156 and Lviv region – 126 and low level of condominiums there are in Sevastopol (10), Chernivtsi (12), Poltava (17) and Kirovograd (16) regions.
