OREANDA-NEWS. December 1, 2011. The Board of directors of Not-for-profit partnership "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange" (hereinafter referred to as Partnership) met on November 29, 2011.

At the meeting the Board of directors passed a resolution to call a meeting of the Council of NP RTS on December 21, 2011. The agenda of the meeting will include results of activity of the NP RTS Board of Directors in 2011, main areas of NP RTS operations as well as choosing a candidate for president of NP RTS.

The Board also decided to increase the NP RTS membership fee up to 3 million rubles.
