OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2011. Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent, an Uzbek-German joint venture, will place shares for 532.083 million soums on closed subscription.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the emission of shares of the company.

Within the emission, Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent will issue 1,773,610 ordinary shares with par value of 200 soums each.

The shares will be placed on market value among the shareholders of the company on closed subscriptions.

The company said that the charter capital of Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent makes up 167.919 million soums. Germany’s Falk-Porsche-Technik Gmbh holds 99.08% stake in the venture.

Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent was founded in 1999 on the base of Elektrosignal. The enterprise produces cable and wire products.
