OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko has signed an ordinance to adjust certain indicators of the republican budget for 2011, posting the anticipated budget deficit at 0.3% of GDP, the president’s press-service reported.

In value terms, the anticipated deficit of the republican budget is expected at Br800 billion (0.3% of GDP, USD 91.3 million), which is Br5.2 trillion short of the target set by the original budget plan for 2011.

With the new adjustments taken into account, republican budget revenues are expected at Br49.28 trillion (+Br15.67 trillion compared with the original plan), expenditures – Br50.08 trillion (+Br10.47 trillion compared to the original budget plan).

The supplementary funds will go to finance current expenditures and capital investments, the press-service said.
