OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” has summed up the financial results of production activities during the 9 months of 2011 in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards.

Following the outcome of work during the 9 months of 2011, JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” generated 8,246 mln kWh of electric energy and 9,130 thousand Gcal of thermal energy. Notably, the following economic indicators were achieved:

- Proceeds from sales made 14,546.1 mln RUB, which represents a growth by 13% (1,678.8 mln RUB) as compared to the same period of 2010.

- Production prime cost made 14,235.5 mln RUB, which is 9.8% (1,270.8 mln RUB) in excess of the value for the 9 months of 2010.

- Gross profit amounted to 310.6 mln RUB, which is 408.0 mln RUB more than in the 9 months of 2010.

Net loss, having increased by 761.5 mln as compared to the previous year, amounted to 1,504.6 mln. The negative dynamics of net profit (growth of loss) is mainly due to reduction of proceeds from sales of electric power. By Order No. 81-e/1 of the Federal Tariff Service of Russia dated 22.04.2011 downscaled prices for electric power have been restated since April 1, 2011.

Following the outcome of work during the 9 months of 2011, one spent 1,408 mln RUB on implementation of the annual repairs program, which is 12 mln RUB more than in the same period of 2010.

Total tax deductions of the Company in the reporting period made 1,444.3 mln RUB including 218.9 mln RUB - to the federal budget, 666.1 mln RUB - to regional budgets and 559.3 mln RUB - to extra-budgetary funds.

In 2012, the Company plans to commission the power generating unit of Krasnoyarsk CHP-3 which, according to the Company management, will enable increase of proceeds from sales of electric energy and power and have a positive effect on financial result.

The Company’s priority objectives for Q4 2011 – implementation of the Investment Program projects and attainment of the Company planned activity indicators, both production-related and financial.

JSC Yenisei TGC (TGC-13) was established in 2006 as a result of merger of major generating assets of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

Total installed electric power of the company’s power plants is 2,535 MW, total installed thermal power – 7,192.9 Gcal/h. Total length of heating networks amounts to 697.4 km.

The Company’s activities region includes the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia. The Company includes 9 branches: Krasnoyarsk CHP-1, Krasnoyarsk CHP-2, Krasnoyarsk CHP-3, Krasnoyarsk CHP-4, Nazarovo GRES, Minusinsk CHP, Kansk CHP, Abakan CHP and Krasnoyarsk Heating Network. Additionally, the Company is a holder of 100% of shares of JSC Kyzyl CHP.

The Company is one of the largest producers of electric and thermal energy regionally. The Company’s share in the energy market of its presence regions is estimated as 81% and 17% with thermal and electric energy accordingly. In terms of electric energy production and power, the Company ranks as a wholesale power market supplier.
