If necessary, flight attendants may render first aid and in the event of an emergency, safely and effectively evacuate passengers. Applicants wishing to become UTair flight attendants must meet strict health, educational, and appearance requirements. Before performing duties on board aircraft, trainees must undergo a complete cycle of theoretical and practical training with experienced instructors on simulators. Today, the UTair Group employs more than 1,800 flight attendants.
