TEO LT, AB, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and television services in Lithuania, has applied to the daily Lietuvos Rytas demanding to refute the information published in the 28 November article "A Business Giant Stumbles Entangled in Forgeries" as not corresponding to the truth and undermining the business reputation of the Company.

The Board and the management of TEO will continue, by using all available legal means, to protect the interests of the Company, its shareholders and customers.
