OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. Crossbeam RT, the joint venture created by Russian Telecom Equipment Company (RTEC) and Crossbeam Systems Inc. (USA) in the beginning of 2011 for the development and production of high-performance security platforms, participated in the “IT Strategy for Financial Organizations” conference. During the event, held in Moscow on November 11th, Crossbeam RT sales manager Dmitry Sokolov presented the innovative Crossbeam RT solution for the financial services sector – the next-generation X-Series security platform.

The conference was opened by the CIO of VTB-24 Bank, Carl Summanen, followed by presentations from representatives of several IT companies, including Crossbeam RT, RusBI Systems and Siemens Enterprise. Sokolov delivered a presentation titled “Crossbeam RT: the new IT security strategy,” in which he discussed the Crossbeam RT high-performance X-Series security platform or “network-in-a-box” that integrates network processing with application processing in one intelligent platform.
