OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. As much as extra 953.3 million UAH have been allocated for this. Corresponding Resolution was adopted at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on November 21 – it provides for increasing total social allowance subvention. These funds will cover the payment of allowances for families with dependent children, needy families, disabled since childhood, disabled children, and the payment of temporary allowance for children.

Also, to provide for financial resources of the allowances’ actual provision, annual volumes of this subvention are about to be reallocated from the central budget to local budgets.

Thus, social allowances will be paid in time and to the full extent.

At the moment, the said Resolution, in accordance with the budget legislation, is being reviewed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Budget Committee. Once the Resolution is coordinated by the Committee, all of the allowance payment arrears will be terminated, and social support provided entirely.
