OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. Kazakhmys announces that application has been made for the admission of 177,623 ordinary shares of 20 pence each to be admitted to the Offi cial List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The shares have been issued to minority shareholders of Kazakhmys Corporation LLC in the form of a share exchange and cash buyout.                        

As at today's date, Kazakhmys holds 3,537,168 ordinary shares in treasury and has 531,703,170 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
