OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. "Ukreximbank" will come powerful to work in support of exports in 2013. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this, speaking on Tuesday at the Congress of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.

"We need time to ensure that the bank works in the target direction for which it has been created. Providing soft loans and support exports is the main task of the bank. I think this bank will start work normally in about a year and a half. This bank will operate in this mode in 2013year", - Mykola Azarov said.

He emphasized that now "Ukreximbank" was a healthy bank and a temporary reduction in capacity to support exports was due to the fact that in 2008-2009 its funds actually had been used to cover the deficit of the State Budget and the deficit of "Naftogaz of Ukraine".

"Now it is a healthy bank, but it takes time to it, as they say, accumulated power so that it could work to support export", - the Prime Minister concluded.
