OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. The second section of the conference “PARK – Use of New Technologies for Achievement of Harmony in the Process of Development of the Regions” finished its work. Major topics of the reports were mechanisms and modern tools of development of the new social-economic field, alternative energy, non-traditional solutions in production technology, feedstock and wastes processing in agroindustrial sector of economy, reported the press-centre of Titan.

Anatoly Ageyev, Director General of CJSC “GC “Titan”, participated in the work of the section. He reported on the success of realization of the project “PARK” in Omsk region. Vasily Zvyagintsev, Director of Union of Complex Design and Organization of Agricultural Territories, reported on the role of land management in the process of formation of agro-industrial clusters. In the course of the event Director General of company limited LPK “Tuya”, Yury Potapov, also made report. He shared his experience of processing of non-merchantable and overripe wood in northern districts of Omsk regions.

After the results of the conference a resolution was adopted. Participants noticed with satisfaction that on the territory of Omsk region dynamic development of the project PARK goes on. Acquired experience can be regarded as the stimulus for improvement of investment climate not only in our region, but also in other subjects of the Russian Federation. In order to create integrated network of the project’s clusters it is necessary to increase pace of work on formation of institutional basics of interaction of business, science and regional organs of authority to provide efficient realization of the project on interregional level.

Participants of the conference agreed that cluster model is a good and stable basis for provision of competitiveness of the Russian Federation on the world market, including conditions of entering of our country into WTO. Project “PARK” can be and should be the basis of integration processes within the framework of European-Asian cooperation.

Main steps and certain activities which should be undertaken in the nearest future within the realization and multiplication of the project also were reflected in the resolution. All this is national task which can be solved also by creation of corresponding institutional area both in the sphere of business and economics and in the sphere of social relations, in education, science and culture.
