Share of Non-State Sector in Uzbekistan GDP Makes 79,6%
OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2011. The volume of gross domestic product (GDP), according to the preliminary estimation, was 52.583 trillion soums at current prices in January-September 2011 or grew by 8.2% compared to January-September 2010.
In the structure of GDP by forms of ownership the share of the non-state sector is 79.6% (in January-September 2010 – 79.3%) and that of the state sector – 20.4% (in January-September 2010 – 20.7%).
The State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said that goods production in the structure of GDP made up 39.9% in nine monhs of 2011 compared to 39.4% in the same period of 2010 and services - 48.8% in the reporting period of 2011 versus 48.6% in the same period of 2010.
Share of net taxes on products and export-import operations in GDP decreased from 12% in January-September 2010 to 11.3% in the same period of 2011, the committee said.
