OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. Research and Production Complex "Zorya" - "Mashproekt" completed engines procurement for Russian gas compressor stations "Samsonovskaya" and "Yarkovskaya", as provided by the contract. The enterprise sent two 16MW turbines DG 90 to the exploitation site.
The order was performed within the stations reconstruction project. Specially for the stations the enterprise developed DG 90 P2, a new modification of the turbines, which substituted depreciated Avon gas generators produced by British Rolls-Royce. Altogether 10 engines were replaced at the both stations.

According to the above contract the enterprise continues shipment to “Zapolarnaya” station where 17 engines will be replaced in its compressor workshops. 10 of them are already forwarded to the customer.

In 2012 shipment of the gas turbine engines to “Komsomolskaya” and “Nuksenitskaya” will continue.
