OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has been awarded as the "Financial Supermarket 2011" in nomination "The best company in the area of car insurance." The competition was organized by FinMir Company – one of the leading operators in the organization of exhibitions, conferences, and forums in the financial area.

The selection of nominees and winners of the Award was held in three stages: first, the Advisory Council formed a list of nominees of the competition; after that, the voting for the best companies in various categories was opened on the web-site; afterwards, on the basis of voting results the members of the Advisory Board selected the winners.

According to the organizers of the competition, the "Financial Supermarket" Award is a professional competition, which aims to identify the best companies and individuals in the financial world who have shown leadership on the basis of the previous year results and have set high standards targeted by the investors and consumers. The Award is the highest public mark of distinction conferred to financial market participants for their contribution to its development.

It should be noted that the activities of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company were awarded with many prizes and rewards. In April 2011, the insurer became a winner of the competition BRAND OF THE YEAR/EFFIE 2010. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has already been the winner of the competition BRAND OF THE YEAR/EFFIE 2007 and 2009. In addition, it is the only Russian insurance company, which is constantly being included in the ranking of the 40 most expensive Russian brands since 2005. In May 2011, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company became the winner of the National Award "Golden Diploma 2011" for informational openness and professionalism. In July 2011, the insurer won the All-Russian Prize of insurance industry "Golden Salamander" in two main nominations - "The Quality of Insurance Services of 2010" and "Open Information Organization of the Year." Ingosstrakh Insurance Company was also awarded with this prize in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
