Shymkent Munai Onimderi (South Kazakhstan region, hereinafter - the Company), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has informed KASE that on December 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. will start its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The only issue on the agenda is choosing the auditor for auditing the Company's annual financial statements.

The meeting will be held at: Zhuldys village, Sairam district, South Kazakhstan region.

In case of the quorum absence a repeated meeting of the company shareholders will be held on December 28, 2011 at the same time at above address.
