OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. Vice-premier and minister of economy Valeriu Lazar has stressed the importance of forthcoming reforms of this sector.

He has pointed out that the merging of the companies will create the necessary prerequisites for Termocom to meet its financial obligations at the sum of 2,5 bln. leis. This procedure will also help attract long term investment and lower heating fees.

The equity capital of the new company is expected to be 1 bln. leis. the city hall of Chisinau will own one third of stocks, with the government possessing two thirds.
