OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. In the framework of the affiliate program with the State Mortgage Institution Kreditprombank granted loans for purchase of housing in the secondary market for the total amount of more than UAH 6 million. Let us recall that at the beginning of July of current year the State Mortgage Institution (SMI) with the aim to facilitate the restoration of mortgage lending market in Ukraine has resumed active operations on refinancing of loans for purchase of housing in the secondary market. Kreditprombank is included in the limited list of partner banks of SMI and currently offers such loans at preferential terms, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

Thus, fixed interest rate on this loan makes 15% per annum, the initial payment of customer - from 25% of housing cost. Loan is granted for up to 30 years. Its maximum size is up to UAH 1 million (depending on the location of housing). There are no monthly commission fees and hidden extra charges of customers. In addition, the bank does not require additional collateral: the collateral of loan is purchased housing.

“At the time when some banks suspend their mortgage programs, Kreditprombank continues to increase volume of lending for purchase of property in the secondary market”, said Dmytro Kosyriev, the head of product management department of Kreditprombank. – “Through cooperation with the State Mortgage Institution we offer loans to customers at the most favorable terms, and therefore we expect further increase of demand for mortgages under the terms of this program”, he stressed.
