OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2011. “MEGABANK” took the second place in nomination “The Best Report of a Foreign Company” of the XIV Annual Federal Contest of Annual Reports (Russia). The coordinators of the contest are "RТS" Stock Exchange and MICEX (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange). Prize presentation ceremony was held in Moscow, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

The jury of the contest took into consideration such criteria included in annual reports of companies as:

-    the level of financial information disclosure;
-    corporate management in a company;
-    ownership structure;
-    the level of disclosure of information on operating activities.

The competition takes place in Russia since 1998 and is the ground for companies’ presentations of their annual reports. The aim of the competition is to facilitate the efficient disclosure of information for investors and customers. This year there was a record number of participants - 141 Russian and foreign companies, which represent different spheres of economy – oil, metallurgy, finance, telecommunications, consumer sphere and so on.
