OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2011. JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has paid yield interest of the local registered bonds of Cherkasy City Council, series B for the first interest period in the amount of UAH 2,094,000.00, i.e. UAH 34.90 par value. The payment of yield interest was made by JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ as a Paying Agent at: 39 Chervonoarmyiska, Kyiv, 01004.

JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has arranged the issue and primary offering of the local registered bonds of Cherkasy City Council for the total amount of UAH 60 million.

The fund raising aimed at the financing the Cherkasy city development, namely to the renovation of city roads.

The fixed interest rate for the local registered bonds amounts to 14% p.a.

The bonds mature on August 18-20, 2016.
