Within the framework of the partnership between Raiffeisenbank and Urban Group, customers will be offered mortgage loans for purchasing apartments in "City of Embankments" housing estate at interest rates of 13.75% to 15% in rubles before property registration, and 12.75% to 14% after registration, for a period of 1 year to 25 years, with a down payment starting from 15%, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisenbank.

Raiffeisenbank provides priority in consideration of loan applications (two or three days) and conclusion of contracts with customers purchasing accommodation in the above mentioned complex. Raiffeisenbank does not charge fees for mortgage loans. Another important advantage of the bank’s mortgage programs is the bank’s flexible approach to accounting for client’s income: income of civil partners and income from part-time work is taken into consideration.

Infrastructure is also being constructed, such as a kindergarten, school, several underground parking lots, a supermarket, fitness center, pharmacy, bank branch, shopping malls, restaurants and cafes, children’s playgrounds and sports area, dog walking areas, and sandy beach. This is an economy class project with a unique architectural concept: the housing estate will incorporate two artificial canals and seven embankments. Buyers are offered 50 different apartment layout variants, including two-level layouts.
