OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2011. The Prime Minister of Ukraine has proposed Kazakhstan to return to the idea of establishing the trilateral Black Sea Coast grain pool, to which would attract Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia. This was stated by Mykola Azarov in Astana (Kazakhstan), where he is on official visit.

According to the Head of Government of Ukraine, such consolidation is on time, in consideration of that these three countries provide twenty percent of world exports.

Mykola Azarov is convinced that in case of establishing such grain pool, is the exporting country, rather than grain traders would influence to the pricing policy in the grain market.
