Andrei Maliutin, Vice President, TNK-BP Accounting Operations Division and General Director of TNK-BP Businesservice, LLC, has become a winner of the 2011 Financial Director award winning the nomination for the Best Financial Solution Driving Outstanding Performance, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

A. Maliutin led the project of creating a Transaction Centre for TNK-BP Businesservice in Saratov which brought customer service to a very different quality level, led to significant cost optimisation and helped achieve a substantial improvement of the company’s back-office performance.
