Measures Unveiled to Expand Working Opportunities for Graduates
OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2011. Job options for college graduates will be expanded, as Anhui Provincial Government recently issued a notice, planning to provide 4,000 grassroots posts for three consecutive years starting the year of 2012.
These working opportunities are mainly concerning public services and social managements on grassroots-level such as in sub-districts, counties or towns.
Meanwhile, college graduates willing to work at government institutions in state-supported impoverished counties will be treated with formal salaries while still at trial period. After probation, their salaries will be one level higher than wage grading, if working at county-level, and two levels higher if at sub-county level.
Small and medium-sized enterprises employing as many as 20 college graduates or more, will be given preference on supporting fund or loan subsidies for technological renovation.
12,000 intern posts will also be provided to graduates for three years in a row from 2012, and the subsidies will be lifted to no less than 1,000 yuan per month, which will be covered by both government finance and training units by 50 percent each.
