The top manager’s report describes methods and practices of evaluating cost-effectiveness while implementing investment projects in Russian power grids based on the example of IDGC of the North-West.

The International Forum, organized by the Adam Smith Institute (UK), will take place on 22–24 November in Moscow. It traditionally gathers top managers from major companies across fuel, materials and power sectors to discuss topical issues in an expert environment.
