OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2011. IDGC of Northwest, JSC 2010 Annual Report won the 14th Annual Report Competition as the Best Annual Report in the Northwest Federal District.

This year’s Competition was organized by MICEX and RTS exchanges for the first time together, and the number of participants reached 141. Russian and foreign companies represented almost all economic sectors.
The Best Annual Report in the Northwest Federal District is a category created on the initiative of Interfax News Agency.
“In particular, our company’s 2010 annual report contained more details on the issues discussed by the BOD committees, corporate tariff policy, and tariffs broken down by affiliates. Shareholders were provided with information on the internal control and risk management system, and description of key risks and the top management’s action to minimize them.”
