OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2011. The Bank's Board of Directors took the following decision:

- On carrying out issue of the Bank's bond programme to the total amount of KZT50 bn, reported the press-centre of KASE;

- On carrying out the first issue of bonds under the bank's bond programme to the total amount of KZT10 bn (10 m units).

In addition, the Board of Directors approved terms of bond programme issue and first bonds issue under the bonds programme.

Currently, the Bank is carrying out necessary measures stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for registration of a bond programme issue and first bonds issue under the bond programme.
