OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2011. To execute the order of the President since September, 2011, the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine leads campaign for liquidation of time delays of distribution of the state acts on an ownership right of land. For today, all regional departments of the State Committee have reported about 100 % debt acquittal, with the exception of Kyiv region (92%). As a result of campaign it is given out more than 220 000 acts that was debt, on which citizens waited for years and could not receive during the period with 2003 for 2010.

The Chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine Sergiy Tymchenko at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expressed reservations that though all regional controls and have reported about a complete liquidation of time delays, nevertheless officials could not reach each person having problems with obtaining of the lawful act.

For the purpose of absolute liquidation of cases of not given out acts, it has been signed the joint order of the State Agency of Land Resources and Social Council on creation of the Commission of Public control over distribution of the state acts.

Sergiy Tymchenko appeals to NGOs and the media with a proposal to participate to take part in operation of the Commission and to help to tap each case of a tightening with distribution of acts. He is convinced that only by means of the public it is possible to reach each person and to liquidate indebtedness actually, instead of on a paper.

The public control commission will sit weekly and as weekly personally Chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources will report about the decision of each problem case.
