OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2011. Within the framework of realization of the large-scale production development and modernization program, being operated till 2020, OJSC "PMZ" continues training the team of competent and highly-professional managers of a new generation. One more step in this project was educating the employees within the special program "Project management in terms of PMBOK GUIDE 4-th EDITION and preparing for certification".

During five days of intensive work 20 specialists, managers and supervisors had been taking lectures and practicing methods and technologies of different spheres of management, which comprise this standard. The next stage to strengthen professional advancement of "PMZ" specialists will be centralized certification of the managers, who have realized specific projects of development of Perm Engine Company.

- More often companies prefer to order not training by the standards but consulting in specific project implementation, aiming at achieving results in the short-run.
