OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2011. Representatives of Mining and Metallurgical Company NORILSK NICKEL, one of the world`s largest producers of platinum and copper, visited KAMAZ.

The guests visited CUMMINS KAMA Joint Venture where they got acquainted with the production of Cummins engines, visited the engine plant of KAMAZ. The representatives of NORILSK NICKEL were shown the main assembly line of the automobile plant. They also visited the production units of KAMAZ’s official partners –RIAT and RariTEK where they got acquainted with their potential for the conversion of KAMAZ vehicles for the use in harsh Arctic conditions and production of gas-cylinder equipment for them.

Then the parties discussed a number of issues of mutually advantageous cooperation at a round table meeting.
