OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2011. Rosatom State Corporation gave awards to young nuclear scientists as the result of the open contest for the 2011 Rosatom prizes, a spokesman for Rosatom said 21 November.

This year, the participants in the contest were 189 competitors and their 162 scientific supervisors from 22 organizations.

The expert commission assessed the level of the contestants’ scientific activity, the significance of the research activities they were carrying out for the strategic development of the industry, the importance of their scientific and technical accomplishments for the nuclear industry, as well as their personal contributions to the scientific and technical advancement.
