Nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy tube product is one of the core products in Special Steel Business Unit's hot extrusion production line, which is extensively applied in the industrial equipment with the harshest working conditions such as new energy and coal chemical, etc., among which, due to the limit of technological equipment level, large diameter nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy tube mainly depends on import, thus the price is very expensive.

UNS N08810 large diameter nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy tube developed this time is mainly used to manufacture the equipment for energy polysilicon projects. With the close cooperation between Special Steel Technology Center and each manufacture unit of Special Steel Business Unit, each process step is linked closely and the quality is checked in each step, ensuring the smooth completion of the production.
