OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2011. The 12th Five-Year Plan for the Steel Industry has made it clear that the central government supports urban mills in moving out of the city for environmental protection and the needs to transform the pattern of development mode.

These mills include Masteel (Hefei) Iron and Steel Company, established in May 2006 as a result of the acquisition of Hefei Steel by Masteel in Anhui.

The company said it will put this issue on the agenda soon.
