OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2011. Citibank and MegaFon have announced launch of a new service enabling their clients to top up their MegaFon mobile balance with Citibank’s card, effective 15 November. Balance is automatically topped up once it has fallen below a certain limit. No commission applies to these payments, reported the press-centre of Citibank.

To sign up for MegaFon’s PayCard service, Citibank’s customer should contact CitiPhone or Citibank’s staff at one of the bank’s branches. Citibank customers can subscribe to the offer with both their personal mobile and another MegaFon mobile numbers.

To subscribe, customer can call CitiPhone at +7 (495) 775-75-75 in Moscow, +7 (812) 336-75-75 in St. Petersburg, 8 (800) 700-38-38 for other Russian cities; or submit an application form at one of Citibank’s branches, and provide the bank’s staff with the MegaFon customer telephone number, Citibank’s card details, preferred mobile balance limit, and amount of the automatic payment.
