After the auction bids for a contract to enter into an agreement were examined, Sviaz-Bank, the winning bidder, will provide bank guarantees of up to 800 million rubles for the needs of MRSK Center and Volga OJSC. Each guarantee will remain in effect for up to 12 months.

This year and the year before, Sviaz-Bank gave over 5 billion rubles in loans to the network company with which it is engaged in cooperation.

MRSK Center and Volga OJSC is the principal provider of services that include electric power transmission and connection to electric power networks in Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kirov, Nizhniy Novgorod, Ryazan, and Tula regions and in the republics of Mari El and Udmurtia. MRSK Holding Company OJSC holds 50.4% of the company’s authorized capital.
