OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2011. PrivatBank significantly enhanced its payment software for Android introducing new features to meet the needs of businesses. From now on, corporate customers of PrivatBank can view their account statements by means of their smartphones. In addition, the new software works with the Mini Payment Terminal which allows to accept payments by credit cards.

The updated version of Privat24 has a special section for corporate clients and entrepreneurs "I am a legal entity". Entrepreneurs and accountants can keep up with the balances and movements on accounts in this section. The bank promises to extend the functionality of the application for legal entities with features for invoice generation and making payments in the near future.

"Such procedures like visiting the bank to receive statements become more and more exotic for our clients - says Inna Zhuravleva, the head of SME Business of PrivatBank. – From now on our clients don’t need to have PC at hand, a smartphone or a tablet will suffice."

Moreover, PrivatBank payment software application helps entrepreneurs to fulfill the legislative requirements to ensure ability to make payments by credit cards at all points of sale till the end of the year. Smartphones with the new version of Privat24 have turned into full-fledged terminals for receiving cards - function "I accept Visa / MasterCard" is working together with a special Mini Payment Terminal which can be ordered for free at the bank (initial payment of UAH15 will be credited  back to the user's account).

The updated version of Privat24 has significantly expanded the range of basic services for private clients as well - utility bills payments, money transfers and managing their accounts. The PrivatBank payment software application is available for free downloading at Android Market.
