With the theme of "transforming the development mode and promoting managerial reform", 2011 Annual Meeting of Metallurgical Enterprise Management was held in Baosteel recently. In the meeting, Baosteel, WISCO, Ansteel, Shagang, TISCO and Tangsteel made speeches for exchange.

In the speech Xu Lejiang expressed that this annual meeting is the platform for industrial peers to exchange management philosophy, discuss theories and countermeasures, enhance friendship and cooperation, and provides Baosteel with a good opportunity to learn the latest management concepts and master the latest information in contemporary metallurgical industry so as to strive to emulate the world class enterprises.
