Group Corporation vice chairman and Party secretary Liu Guosheng warmly welcomes Tibet Zhongba County Party and administrative delegation led by County vice Party secretary and mayor Duobula at Baosteel Tower. The two sides hold exchange meeting. Liu Guosheng says that Tibet aiding activities should be continued, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.

Baosteel is one of central Tibet-aiding key enterprise. For 9 years, Baosteel has sent 8 staff (4 times) to Tibet Rikeze area Zhongba county for aiding work. For the 1st 3 times the aiding fund amounts to 103million yuan, covering 54 projects: city and county building, agriculture, water, forest and farming, industrial development, culture, education and health, environment and new rural construction, and had built a large number of benefiting projects and demonstration projects. These projects add a strong impetus to Zhongba's economic and social development.

Last June, the fourth batch of Baosteel Tibet-aiding cadres Li Jingchun and Qu Jun entered Tibet. For more than a year, they always keep in mind their Tibet-aiding mission and, in accordance with "grassroots and farming area aid work emphasis", develop the fourth batch of Tibet- aiding projects plan. Through the implementation of Zhongba kindergarten, Baosteel avenue, Baosteel hotel, real estate and municipal road construction,Zhongba County infrastructure is improved, as well as the farmers and herdsmen's production and living conditions.

During the meeting, Dobula introduces the basic situation of Zhongba County, "12th five year plan" development ideas and Baosteel Tibet-aiding cadres' work. He offers thanks to Baosteel for its long-term care and support and selfless assistance on behalf of the people in the County. He hopes that Baosteel will be consistently concerned about the Tibet-aiding cadres' growth and pay attention to the cadres' training and employment and build up a vast arena for the cadres to exert their influence.

Liu Guosheng expresses thanks to Zhongba County Party and governing body for their care and support for Baosteel Tibet-aiding cadres.He says that Baosteel attaches great importance to aid work. "We have overall planning, annual arrangement and one by one implementation. The company set Tibet-aiding work as a platform for developing cadres and through multiple channels of publicity, more and more Baosteel people have known about Tibet and Zhongba." He stresses that Baosteel Tibet-aiding project should be combined with the development plan of Zhongba County, and according to the central government's requirements, we should continue to do the aid work well. Tibet-aiding cadres should be hardworking and spiritual, look ahead, use their wisdom to make plans for farmers and herdsmen so that they can get rich, make contributions and improve aiding work.
