Sberbank Project Won Banking Technology Award
OREANDA-NEWS. November 21, 2011. In light of the annual international contest organized by the British magazine Banking Technology, Sberbank’s project “CRM Corporate” won the Banking Technology award in “Best use IT in Wholesale / Transaction Banking” nomination, reported the press-centre of Sberbank.
Sberbank surpassed the Royal Bank of Scottland by the number of votes. This is the first time in history that a Russian bank wins the prestigious award.
This is the second time that Sberbank’s project “CRM Corporate” shines on the international arena. In October 2011 the project received an international IPMA award (International Project Management Association) during the 25th IPMA World Congress held in Brisbane, Australia. Sberbank was the only bank that made the finals of this prestigious international contest. Sberbank team received a Top League Certificate for international management projects.
