OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2011. KAMAZ’s subsidiary – Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov (TZA/KAMAZ) – once again won the All-Russian contest "100 best goods of Russia" and received the status of a prize-winner for high achievements in the sphere of Russian products quality and safety improvement.

The latest development of the plant – a stationary concrete pump SB-207A which is the best solution for the majority of Russian construction companies – was presented at the contest. It is ideal for construction of high-rise buildings, tunnels, bridges, etc. Concrete mixture is delivered through straight concrete conveying pipes covering a distance of nearly 30 m vertically and 160-340 m horizontally, depending on flowability of concrete. The compact structure of the stationary concrete pump is based on a rigid single-axle frame with a towing bar on two rubber-tired wheels.

The pump is equipped with four outriggers and can easily move on a building site. A high-capacity diesel engine D-242 made by Minsk Motor Plant is used as a power unit.

A concrete pumping unit combines the best features of durability, reliability and performance and can pump all types of concrete. SB-207A systems are equipped with high-quality components made by the world’s leading manufacturers. The equipment is controlled with the help of a fixed control panel.
