OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2011. For three quarters 2011, the volume of realization of a commodity output by JSC KuibyshevAzot has made 22.7 billion rubles.

In comparison with the similar period of last year, the production of principal products has made as follows:

- Ammonia – 125.4%;

- Mineral fertilizers on Nitrogen 100% equivalent – 114.7%, including:

Ammonium Nitrate – 112.2%;

Urea – 121.1%;

Ammonium Sulfate–111.5%;

- Caprolactam – 113.1%;

- Polyamide-6 –140.1%;

- Technical yarn –177.6%;

- Cord fabric – 90.8%.

There has been put into operation a new installation on water wash-up of oxides in Cyclohexanone production process. The realization of this technical measure will enable the Company to reduce caustic soda consumption, used in the process, as well as improve its ecological characteristics.

There has begun the production of Polymer-Concentrate-Stabylizer (PCS) - the stabilizing additive introduced into Polyamide in the course of its further processing to high-strength technical yarn. The supplier of the equipment is the Berstorff Krauss-Maffei Company from Germany.

There have been mounted a few additional vessels for benzene storage. There have been fulfilled some technical measures aimed to reduce resources consumption at caprolactam production process, namely: there had been introduced circuits of soda crystallization units and those of sulfuric acid cooling.

As a result of realization of programs on resources-saving and increasing production efficiency, from the beginning of year there have been lowered consumption rates as follows: for hydrogen in caprolactam production – by 7.5%, for caustic soda – by 2%.
