OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2011. A grand foundation stone laying ceremony for COSCO Putai Logistics Park was held. COSCO Putai Logistics Park was joint venture supported by COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd. and Putai (Hong Kong) Group Co., Ltd. The project was covered an area of 510 acres, which set of planning and construction of inland container terminals, warehousing, and customs bonded supervision, inspection and quarantine and other functions of a modern logistics park, reported the press-centre of COSCO.

Mr. Zhang Liang, the executive director and president of China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, Mr. Ye Weilong, Managing Director of COSCO Logistics, the leaders from Zhejiang Provincial Government, Haining Government, Jiaxing Government and other guests attended the ceremony of COSCO Putai Logistics Park.

COSCO Logistics (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd. was jointly set up with COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd. and Zhoushan Port Group Co., Ltd. established on Nov. 2nd, 2011. The company will focus on integrated logistics service including port & shipping industries, and logistics extension services.
