OREANDA-NEWS. The annual conference "Kazakhstan Issuers Forum", a platform for open discussions on actual issues concerning development of financial market and real sector is to take place in Almaty on November 24-25, 2011, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The conference is conducted under auspices of the Association of Kazakhstan's Financiers and Issuers Council. The conference's partner is the legal firm White&Case, information support is provided by JSC Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan "Soyuz Atameken".

The forum will be attended by representatives of enterprises from the real sector, professional participants of the financial market, leading business advisors and corporate lawyers, representatives of professional and public business unions.

The upcoming event will focus on options offered on the capital market for real sector enterprises, as well as effective techniques will be offered for creating efficient and well-balanced policy of business funding by using all instruments available at Kazakhstan's financial market.

The conference's participants will have an opportunity to discuss results of research concerning issuers' base, stand and prospects of corporate governance in Kazakhstan. Forecasts for the debt market and presentation of the risk-free profit curve as the price target for issuing bonds in national currency will enable the participants to work out benchmarks for taking further investment
related decisions.
