Integra Group (“Integra” or the “Company”) (LSE: INTE) will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at 9:00 am (Cayman Islands time) on Monday, December 5, 2011, at the offices of Walkers at Walker House, 87 Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9001, Cayman Islands.

The EGM will be held for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions:

1. the Transaction as described in the Circular to the Shareholders of Integra Group dated November 9, 2011 be approved.

2. the deletion of Articles 138 and 139 (inclusive) from the Articles of Association of the Company be approved.
