FAS Suspects ASHAN and ATAK Created Discriminatory Conditions
OREANDA-NEWS. November 17, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against “ASHAN” Ltd. and “ATAK” Ltd. upon the signs of violating Clause 1 Part 1 Article 13 of the Federal Law “On the Basics of State Regulation of Trade Activities in the Russian Federation”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
FAS suspects that the companies violated the law on trade by creating discriminatory conditions for suppliers of food products: the costs of fee-based services determined as a percentage of goods sales under a supply contract.
The case is scheduled on 19th December 2011.
