OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2011. Bayan Sulu (Kostanai, hereinafter - the company), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders starts on December 9, 2011 at 18:00 o'clock, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is choosing the auditor.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 198 Borodin str., Kostanai. Participants of the meeting will be registered from 17:00 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the mentioned meeting will be drawn up as of November 9, 2011.

In case of quorum absence a repeated company shareholders' meeting will be held on December 10, 2011 at 10.00 o'clock at the above-mentioned address.
