OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. Rosenergoatom plans to install additional diesel generators at all 32 operating reactors in Russia before April 2012. Alexander Shutikov, deputy director general and director for production and operation at Rosenergoatom said this during an emergency exercise held at Novovoronezh nuclear power plant on November 9-11.

He noted that the exercise at Novovoronezh had been the first of the kind after the Fukushima events and, thus, in its course situations that might arise during an accident at a nuclear power plant were simulated.
