OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. One of the three life insurance companies in Azerbaijan has increased its equity capital by 24.3%.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan reports that Qala Heyat’s issue of 3,500 shares was registered under number state AZ100200822P with par value of AZN 1,243. The shares issue with number AZ100100822 (3,500 shares with par value of AZN 1,000) was converted into it.

As a result, Company’s equity capital was increased from AZN 3.5 million up to AZN 4.35 million.
